Relax with the whole family at the peaceful Bell Farms Retreat located in the new Bell Farms subdivision in South Lubbock. This is a new safe and beautiful neighborhood that will make you feel right at home. Bell Farm Retreat can sleep 7 guests with its mix of king, queen, and twin beds. Each bedroom has its own TV for guest's entertainment and the backyard with its grill and perfect grass will make your evenings enjoyable and relaxing. If you have work to do during your stay, there is a desk in each room as well!

The Space:
This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with smart TV's, desks, and walk in closets in every room. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second has 2 separate full sized beds, and the master has a king. We provide fresh linens and plush pillows for each bed to guarantee great sleep. There are additional blankets for those that sleep on the cool side. Each bedroom has two nightstands and hangers in the closet for clothes as well.

Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combo and there will be plenty of hot water for each guest. The vanities in this home provide ample storage space! Both bathrooms have wall mounted shower dispensers with plenty of Shampoo and Body Wash. There are plenty of fluffy bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths available during your stay.

In the kitchen of this home, you'll find most everything you need to enjoy one of Lubbock's many fine restaurants or cook yourself a meal. Double check the amenities section of this listing for all that we supply in the kitchen. There is a pantry in the kitchen should you have the need to store a lot of groceries or items during your stay.

Just off the kitchen is a separate dining area with 4 chairs. There are also plenty of barstools for an extra space to eat or enjoy a family game night.

The living room of this home has a comfortable couch and a large TV so that you can enjoy your favorite streaming services. You are welcome to access any of the streaming channels on this TV with your own accounts. Just don't forget to log out before you depart! We made sure that the internet at this property is fast for any streaming, gaming, or work needs you may have during your stay.

The backyard is large fenced in and includes plenty of room to enjoy the West Texas sunsets and also has a propane grill if you enjoy cooking or entertaining outside.

Guests are welcome to use the garage but if needed, there is additional parking in the front for multiple vehicles and there is always free parking available on the street.

Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this property. If there is any violation to this policy, a fee of $500 will be charged immediately.

This property is not pet friendly so please plan of leaving your furry friends at home. There will not be any exceptions to this policy as the owner has terrible allergies and a fee of $250 will be automatically applied if you are caught in violation of this.

We supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a short stay. Long-term stays will need to replenish latter items at their own expense.

Although often there will be a variety of condiments, such as coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

All areas of this house are available to guests with the exception of any locked cleaning closets.

The Neighborhood:
The Bell Farms Retreat is located in the new Bells Farms Subdivision in South Lubbock. It is located just Southeast of University and 130th St. This neighborhood is new, nice, and safe for guests. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for your stay but you're welcome to use any available ride-sharing service as well.

This property is not pet friendly so please plan on making other arrangements for your pets. There will not be any exceptions made to this rule and any violations will be charged an immediate $250 fee.

Check-in information, including the keypad code, will be sent the day before your check-in date. Any credit card fees charged when booking will not be refunded if a trip is cancelled.

House Rules:
- No pets!
- No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in an immediate $500 fine plus damages.
- No smoking inside the property.
- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors.
- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
- If you break something, message us and let us know immediately.

Interaction with Guests:
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Let us know if you're looking for restaurant recommendations or something to do!
