Building appeared a bit run down. Only had one elevator which got stuck on second floor for a few mins while we were inside it. Sheets had stains, shower would only run shower head, not faucet by itself. Could hear a lot of traffic noise. Parking lot is very small and did not have enough space for the amount of guest booked there and was not very handicap friendly.

The furniture in our room either needs a good steam cleaning or replaced. Stains on couch and chair had what looked liked wood shavings on it. A fresh coat of paint does wonders for a room and bathroom. The front desk staff was very friendly and greeted us each time we came in. They make you feel at home.

Comfort Inn and Suites is not a premium brand, but I knew that when I made reservations. However, my experience was not ideal, to say the least. Breakfast was good and the service staff was top notch. My displeasure is in the condition and upkeep of the room. I find it unconscionable to pay nearly $400 a night and NOT have daily turn down service (and before I hear that I have to request it, for $400 a night I shouldn't have to). The shower was broken and would send water into the entire bathroom. Lastly, the front desk staff were rude and dismissive. I really wanted to like my stay, but needless to say, I won't be making reservations at another property anytime soon.

Didn’t match what was online, dirty parking lot, broken fixtures, dirty walls carpets, air registers dirty, so that means filters must be dirty pool area dirty. Didn’t trust to eat breakfast here. Front desk lady was nice and welcoming. Sad building could be as advertised, but need of a better maintenance person and cleaning staff. Worth the money to hire contractors to completely finish building.
