Unhelpful phone staff in advance of stay

My only negative is that I called a week ahead to change our king with couch room to a two queen accessible room, since we took our 93 year old mother. The desk staff was annoyed and thought we should sleep on the couch. I wasn’t going to pay nearly $300 each night for two nights on a pull out couch. She said she made the change, but once we arrived, we were still booked with the couch. Luckily the staff that day was able to move us. Not impressed with staff member.
