Garage parking is available for all guests unless you have a massive vehicle. In that case there's plenty of driveway space for you.

There is a security camera fixed outside of the listing on the exterior of the house facing the driveway in order to help protect individuals who choose to park outside of the garage. Airbnb requires us to disclose this. Should you have any issues with this please let us know.

Guests will have garage and/or driveway parking with immediate access to their space from the garage. This room is completely private from the remainder of the house and has an ensuite bathroom. Access to the backyard is strictly prohibited.

The Central Suite is located in the Wheelock Monterey neighborhood which is a very safe well-established neighborhood located south of Texas Tech University. Very easy access to shopping (supermarket is 5 blocks away) dining and entertainment. Our house is a straight 3–5-minute shot to the SW corner of TTU campus.

Located close to everything. Main roads Indiana Ave and 50th Street are nearby as well as Loop 289. Quick access to everything Lubbock has to offer! Other than Uber Lubbock has poor transportation options, so it is recommended that you have a vehicle. Depending on your plans you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide!

Pets do live on the property, but they will not be in your area.

Our house is located on the corner of a very busy street. The garage is accessed from this street and your room is nearest to the roadway. Noise shouldn't be much of an issue once that door is closed but we do like to make our guests aware of this.

Guests will have driveway parking with immediate access to their space from the garage. This room is completely private from the remainder of the house, and has an en suite bathroom.

Garrott and Shawna are your local hosts. All communication will take place between them. Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We are always available by text or phone call. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Please use the Airbnb app call or text us for any communication. E-mail does not work, and we will not see your messages. Let us know if you're looking for restaurant recommendations or something to do!

- No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in a $500 fine
- No smoking inside the property
- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors
- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
