It was difficult to sleep with an open window due to the train station being so close. You can hear the trains roll by all night, so window would need to be closed when staying here. Otherwise nice room, great bed, very fresh.

Avoid this hotel, horrible service!

This was a horrible experience! We arrived as a family of four with two tiered kids, only to discover that they claimed they had no record of our reservation (booked through hotels.com/expedia), claiming that we would have to pay again. After reaching out to Expedia customer services, they tried to call the hotel. Ironically, even though they had people at the counter, they only answer their phones on Mon-Fri, and we were there on a Saturday. (I’m not joking!) In the end I gave them my phone to talk to the Expedia customer services, and they managed to resolve the problem, after 90 minutes of being treated by the hotel staff in charge as if it was all my fault?!? Then after we got the room, we discovered the air condition didn’t work, and it was a sunny hot July day, and we could only open the window minimally. I tried to complain, but they said they couldn’t fix the AC on the weekend, and we couldn’t get a new room. I even came dow in the middle of the night, where the night watch at least helped with some fans (which they suddenly had). Making things worse, the hotel is next to a train station, with noise freight trains passing in the night, so sleeping with an open window is not a good idea, but we had no choice. Please never stay at this hotel!! (This is by far the worst review I have ever given a hotel!)

Das Bettzeug war für für die Jahreszeit zu warm. Die Bedienung der Klimaanlage war nicht nachzuvollziehen bzw. funktionierte nicht. Es war nachts zu warm im Zimmer.

Trevligt hotell med serviceminded personal

Fräscht hotell med ok läge. Väldigt nära tågstationen och gångavstånd till gamla stan, tog 10-15 minuter att gå. Vi hade problem med AC i ett av våra rum. Personalen var mycket hjälpsam och hjälpte till med fläktar och kompensation för förlorad nattsömn.

Guten Tag, da es bereits während der Buchung zu unüberwindbaren Schwierigkeiten gekommen ist das eine Person (Kind) im Elternbett schlafen darf haben wir ein Zimmer erhalten wo das Houskeeping nicht all zu gründlich gearbeitet hat (Fenster nicht geputzt und viele Staubflusen unter dem Bett) und beim Duschen das Wasser nicht optimal abläuft ehr noch eine Verletzungsgefahr für Kinder entsteht das die Fliesen am Abfluss sehr scharfkantig (Schnittverletzung wenn die Haut warm und weich ist)

Das Premier Inn verfügt über eine super Lage. Sowohl der Hauptbahnhof als auch der ZOB sind in 2min zu erreichen. Innenstadt ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Von Innen als auch von Außen sieht es sehr schön aus. Laut Buchung wurde ein Vier-Bettzimmer reserviert für zwei Kinder und einen Erwachsenen, welches aber gerade so Platz für ein Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa hatte. Wir haben sehr oft das Premier-Inn gebucht (vor allem in Hamburg) und noch nie war es ein Problem etwas früher einzuchecken. Dieses mal war es nicht möglich - was auch in Ordnung ist. Also haben wir gewartet bis kurz vor 15 Uhr. Leider erwartet man dann, dass das Zimmer komplett eingerichtet ist. Dem war nicht so. Das Zimmer war leider nicht vollständig - wie gesagt, in der Buchungsbestätigung wurde uns ein Vier-Bettzimmer reserviert. Nur das Doppelbett war bezogen. Das Schlafsofa nicht. Es gab weder Bettbezüge noch ein Kissen oder Decke. Nur ein Bettlacken fand man unter dem Bett und ein Kissen. Also sind wir runtergegangen und haben nach Bettwäsche gefragt (wir wollten es selbst beziehen). Die nette Mitarbeiterin sagte uns, sie schickt jemanden vom Housekeeping vorbei. Kurze Zeit später klopfte es an der Tür aber nur mit Bettbezügen. Leider wieder unvollständig. Es gab keine Decken. Auch ein Handtuch fehlte. Das Zimmer war anscheinend nur für zwei Personen gedacht. Sehr schade, wenn man erst ab 15 Uhr einchecken kann und dann die Hälfte fehlt.
