We spent one night in Lucerne and stayed at this hotel. When we arrived at the train station, it was raining, so we took a taxi to the hotel. On our way back, the staff kindly taught us how to take the bus, which was very helpful. The room was comfortable and had a lovely balcony. The air conditioning worked well, and the tap water was unbelievably good! The breakfast had a great selection. It’s very well located near the center. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Both receptionists served us were excellent. They can guide you anywhere with full information and clear directions. Hotel parking at back cost you 20CHF p/night. All essential amenities are close by. Breakfast was very good. If you prefer firm mattresses, you should inform the staff in advance, as the standard mattresses are quite soft and the comforter is shorter, which may not be ideal for taller guests. The hotel provides free local transportation tickets within the city.

The hotel staff were very friendly and Nathalia in particular went the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable and we knew all the local attractions.
