The room was very spacious and we were so delighted to have a sitting room as well, both with incredible views of the lake! Yes, we had to take the bus in to town, but it was so incredibly convenient and the hotel provided the pass, this was a positive and not a problem. I think we had the absolute best of both worlds of Lucerne at Seeburg! Highly recommend!

The view from our room was outstanding and the room nice and clean. Unfortunately there was no laundry service. We had to take a bus or walk into town but this was not a problem as buses were free and there was a walking path along the lake into town which was beautiful

Amazing views, thought it was extremely hot without air conditioning. Toilet was seperate from the washroom sink, so it was a bit odd. I would say the balcony and view made the experience worth it and staff was very nice and polite.

Beautiful location with our rooms looking over Lake Luzern. Friendly staff and good breakfast. On the bus line so very easy to get into Old Town. My only complaint is no air conditioning. There is a fan but it was noisy. We opened a window by the street noise was also loud. We were there in cool weather so summer must be very hot in the rooms

We were very pleased with our stay here. The staff was excellent, the room was on the smaller side, but it was clean and had everything we needed. The room came with a 24 hour transportation pass, which was super convenient because the bus stop in right in front of the property and parking is very expensive in town. I would suggest that they add screens to the windows because the room was a little stuffy. We wanted to open the windows but saw bugs out of the window even on the 4th floor.

The views from some of the rooms are amazing and the staff were very nice. Worth mentioning if you are traveling with kids on Spring or Summer that there isn’t air conditioning on the rooms and the hotel is not centrally located ( although it is a a few bus stops from the central station ). I think the rooms were in need of maintenance and the breakfast a bit pricey for the quality of it. Overall a 3.5/5

No air conditioning, even though it was stated otherwise. It was terribly hot and humid and we were not getting much sleep We asked for pillows three times on different days and still never got any It’s right on the lake and the mosquito situation was out of control , so couldn’t keep the windows open. Lucerne is beautiful, and the hotel is nice too. The bus station is right outside I wish they can work on the things listed , otherwise I won’t be returning here and will recommend the same to my friends

We wouldn't stay here again, but the property has two big pluses - the view from our balcony was great and being right on the bus line into town was very helpful. However, the walls are extremely thin and it is a noisey hotel, the plugs are underneath the night stand and require you to get on the floor to plug into them, the towels/sheets were rough, the toilet is separated from the sink (it is in another room with the shower - a first for us), no room in sink area to place toiletries. Non-smoking hotel, but the balcony had ash trays.
