Maravillosa Villa con capacidad de 4 personas para sus vacaciones en Córcega. Se trata de una Villa de piedra a 1,5km andando del Mar.
Esta villa está ubicada en la residencia (Malacucina) en la ciudad de Lumio en Haute Corse, en el corazón de la microrregión de Balagne.

La Villa tiene 2 habitaciones y 4 camas. Disponemos de 1 baño totalmente equipado.
La cocina se encuentra totalmente equipada con, frigorífico, microondas lavadora, lavavajillas. La Villa tambien tiene dos mesas de comedor, uno exterior y el otro interior.

El salon dispone de televisión, sofas y areas de relax para poder descansar. Tambien dispone de cama individual

Luego tenemos la área exterior donde hay dos áreas, delantera y trasera con silla y mesas. También dispone de Barbacoa para nuestros clientes :-)

A pocos minutos del pueblo de Lumio y de la playa de Arinella, estará a 10 minutos en coche del aeropuerto de Calvi y Sainte Catherine y a 20 minutos de Ile Rousse.

En el puerto deportivo de Lumio Sant'Ambroggio, cerca del apartamento, puede practicar muchas actividades deportivas: tenis, piscina de agua de mar, alquiler de botes y bicicletas de montaña, buceo.

La Balagne, compromis idéal entre tourisme culturel, tourisme vert et tourisme balnéaire, est situé entre Calvi et l'Ile Rousse avec un arrière pays aux collines surplombant la mer. Autrefois surnommée le "jardin de la Corse"...

Arrival times are normally scheduled at 5:00 p.m. Departure times are normally scheduled in the morning at 10:00 a.m.

Obligation to occupy the premises personally, to live in them “as a good father” and to maintain them.
