Casa De Mont, a lovingly restored GraubĂŒnden house from the 18th century, is located in the heart of the village centre. This historic building has an eventful history - residential house, monastery, inn - and has been authentically renovated over the last ten years. Your small, charming oasis of well-being awaits you here: Casa M.

Your reserved car park is right next to the building and can be used around the clock. Seven steps lead to the forecourt with a cosy wooden bench - perfect for your first espresso of the day or a short break in the fresh air.

As you enter the building, you are greeted by a bright foyer. A cupboard on the left separates the entrance area from the living room and offers space for jackets, shoes and accessories. On the right, a large radiator is used to dry clothes and shoes, ideal after a day of skiing or hiking. The high-quality oak floor runs through the entire flat and immediately creates a cosy ambience.

The living, dining and cooking area is generously proportioned. The fold-out sofa can be used as a cosy seat during the day and as a sleeping area for one adult or two children at night. An armchair invites you to read or relax. Three radiators provide cosy warmth. Wi-Fi is available throughout the flat and there is a Sonos Cube for music. Behind the living room, windows offer a view of the garden.

The dining area has a wooden table with four chairs. A Nespresso machine is available for daily use - please bring your own capsules. The large wall poster with ibexes behind the dining table lends the room a sense of calm and space.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The slate worktop makes cleaning easier, a large dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer and oven are of course available. Cleaning products, toilet paper and kitchen utensils can be found in the back cupboard. Additional storage space is available at the rear of the kitchen cube by the dining area.

The separate WC with washing tower (washing machine and tumble dryer) is particularly practical for longer stays.

You reach the bedroom through a historic wooden door - pay attention to the step and the low door height. The large box-spring bed guarantees a restful night's sleep, and a wide armchair can be used as a couch if required. Two of the three windows look out onto the main street, where the traffic is hardly disturbing. A large wardrobe offers plenty of space for your clothes.

The adjoining bathroom is decorated with grey slate and has a spacious shower with rain shower head - perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or skiing.

The flat has been furnished with high-quality materials. Heating is by geothermal probe, solar thermal energy for hot water. The garden behind the house can be used communally. There is a ski room in the cellar for skis, ski boots or bicycles. Dogs are welcome. There is no television - peace and relaxation are the main focus here.

Leisure activities:
Casa M is the ideal starting point for many activities. Just 400 metres away, the chairlift from Vella takes you to the Obersaxen/Mundaun ski area with 120 kilometres of pistes, 15 lifts, cosy mountain restaurants, snow bars, snow park, toboggan runs and winter hiking trails. You will find cross-country ski trails at the Pleif parish church or in Degen. Day trips to the Flims/Laax ski area are possible in less than 30 minutes.

In summer, the Val Lumnezia and the Davos Munts bathing lake (approx. 30 minutes on foot) invite you to go for walks, hikes and cycle tours. Other excursion destinations: Rhine Gorge, Vals (each approx. 30 minutes by car), golf course in Sagogn (approx. 20 minutes). Events such as the Lumnezia open-air music festival or the cinema at the bathing lake provide plenty of variety.
