Comfortable holiday home in the forest at the Veluwe.

A comfortable, fully-equipped house located in the middle of the woods. It features a spacious garden where you can enjoy the sun or find a shady spot, complete with a garden set. The house offers the luxury needed for a pleasant stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a combination microwave.

The property has three bedrooms with comfortable beds. The master bedroom has a large 1.80m-wide bed, while the other two bedrooms have two separate beds, each 90cm wide, with good mattresses. There is one bathroom, and a washer/dryer combination is also available. The entire house underwent a complete renovation in 2021, including a new bathroom, kitchen, toilet, and replacement of all furniture.

The beds are made upon arrival, and the house is equipped with bath towels, kitchen linens, and a cleaning kit. A welcoming package is also provided upon arrival.

The house is equipped with WIFI, and the Smart TV provides access to your own Netflix account and other streaming channels (via your own subscriptions).

Ground floor:
Entrance hall, utility room with a washing machine, separate toilet, bathroom, living room with an open kitchen. Appliances include a combination microwave, induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, and a Dolce Gusta coffee machine. Family games are also available.

First floor:
One bedroom with a large bed, a clothes rack, and a suitcase rack. The second and third bedrooms each have two separate beds with night lamps and sockets for charging phones. Clothes racks are also provided in these rooms.

Outdoor area:
A large 400m2 garden with a garden set for six people and a shed for bikes. Parking is available in front of the house for two cars. If this is full, please park your car in nearby parking spaces.

The cottage is located in Bungalow Park de Goudsberg, in the midst of the forests of Lunteren. Across from the park is the entrance to a large forest, which houses the geographical center of the Netherlands. There are endless opportunities for walking, and mountain biking enthusiasts will find designated routes. Cycling is also convenient with bike junction routes. The center of Lunteren is a 10-minute drive (approximately 1.5 kilometers) away for all necessary supplies. Barneveld is also a 10-minute drive away.

Near the park, you have Uilenbos, a petting zoo with Pancake Farm Beukenlaan 11 in Lunteren. Reservations are recommended for dining. Across from the park, there's a lovely forest containing the geographical center of the Netherlands. In Garderen, you can visit the Sand Sculptures at Oude Barneveldseweg 5, Garderen. There are also markets in the vicinity.

Other points of interest include the Koepel observation tower in the Lunterse buurtbosch, with the restaurant De Lunterse Boer at Boslaan 87 in Lunteren, and the restaurant De Wormshoef at Dorpsstraat 192 in Lunteren. For a charming sauna experience, you can visit SpaVeluwe in Lunteren at Boslaan 17, where you can also enjoy a relaxing wellness day and good food.

For golf enthusiasts, there are options in Wageningen, Amersfoort, Putten, and Ede, among other places in the area.

Lunteren itself is a friendly village with various shops such as Hema, Kruidvat, and AH. The village and its surroundings offer many restaurants and shops. Barneveld, a 10-minute drive away, has a lively shopping center with a large Jumbo and an Intratuin.

There are plenty of opportunities for cycling and walking, starting right outside the park. Nearby attractions include the Hoge Veluwe Park, Kootwijk with the famous Radio Kootwijk, and the Ginkelse Heide. Close to De Lunterse Boer, there's also a forest pool in Lunteren, a 15-minute walk away, open from spring and heated.

Lunteren is conveniently located between Amersfoort, Apeldoorn, Harderwijk, and Arnhem.

Transportation options:
The park is easily accessible by car. In Lunteren, there is a train station, approximately half an hour on foot or about 10 minutes by car.
