Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The apartment is ideally located in Lussault-sur-Loire, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

You will also be able to stroll along the banks of the river, on foot or by bike, or visit the Clos Lucé (Leonardo da Vinci Museum) or the Great Aquarium of Touraine 2km away.
- Discovery of the city of Tours (25 minutes away):
Today Tours is the capital of Touraine and was the capital of the Kingdom of France in the 15th and 16th centuries. The city has kept many traces of its past and invites you to discover them. A very lively district, the Old Town and its famous Place Plumereau, is the heart of Tours. Lined with half-timbered houses and private mansions, this pedestrian square is full of restaurants and cafés. Don't miss the Gothic cathedral of Saint-Gatien, symbol of the city.
- Gastronomic heritage: the sainte-maure-de-Touraine, the vineyards, the rillons de Touraine, the nougat, the crémet d'Anjou...
