This charming lake house offers exclusive access to a private marina, complimentary kayaks, and a gas fire pit—ideal for cozy evenings by the water. Inside, the home features a warm and inviting open concept living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and generously sized bedrooms for comfortable stays. Originally a general store, this unique property sits at the end of a quiet lot behind private storage units, offering low traffic, ample privacy.

This vacation home is professionally managed and maintained by Ruesch Management. Our property management office is located in downtown Green Bay, just 20 minutes away from this property. We are a phone call away if an issue should arise that needs our immediate attention.

Nestled at the gateway of Door County this charming beachfront condo offers the ultimate coastal retreat. Situated near local favorites like Frosty Tip Drive In, Dyckesville Bowl and Painted Pelican, this updated two-bedroom one bathroom condo embodies the essence of waterfront living.

Located directly on the bay of Green Bay, this property is the perfect getaway for any Wisconsin season! This condo is conveniently located between Green Bay and Door County, right off Highway 57. A neighboring park has a public boat launch and a public play area.

This home is comfortably furnished and includes all linens/towels and a furnished kitchen. We do not provide ongoing disposable items such as garbage bags, toilet paper, or paper towels, but we do provide a few starter items for your convenience.

We would highly recommend bringing water shoes to protect your feet from any sharp rocks or shells that roll in with the tide. We do not provide beach towels. The water is shallow but can be rough, please swim with caution! Use of the water is at your own risk.

Please note that due to the varying length of stays at this property we do not provide disposable items such as soaps/detergents/cleaning chemicals, trash bags, coffee filters, spices/cooking oil, or paper products. The unit is fully furnished with linens, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Our cleaners provide a few starter disposable items for your initial arrival.

It was nicely remodeled and an easy drive to various locations. The Painted Pelican restaurant just down the street was excellent. We were a little disappointed we couldn’t swim off the shore. Overall a great house.

Great Winter Stay!

We had a great stay at the Marina House! The home was very spacious and had plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. We stayed during the winter and really enjoyed the beautiful views of the water, especially the sunrises and sunsets. The property also felt very private, which we appreciated. One of the highlights of the trip was being able to go ice fishing during our stay, which made for a really fun winter getaway. We would definitely recommend it and are already looking forward to coming back in the summer to experience it in a different season and use the firepit and kayaks!

Enjoyed the stay. The sunsets off the marina were amazing. The check in process was easy and good communication with the management group. They were always quick to answer questions. The space was close to the Shrine of Our Lady of Champions, which was our reason for coming to this area. The shower on the main floor did not drain well and only one shower a day was possible. The neighbor allowed us to access her beach front to get kayaks in and it of the water. The Marina area had too much silt to use easily. Loved the gas fire place every evening.
