The breakfast buffet on 2 of the 3 days was understaffed and lacking. More staff and availability to serve the breakfast should be able to be predicted based on area activities. For example there were 2 wedding parties and a train show going on. Staff should ask enough questions to know what time people will be up for breakfast.

They should provide housekeeping services each day. The COVID pandemic is over so they shouldn't keep taking advantage of it to save money. It's a service we pay for, but do not get anymore. That is very poor customer service.

We arrived at 10pm and the staff member was very efficient and friendly. My husband was able to use the WiFi in the morning to finish up work with no issues. The bathroom was clean but there was only two shower gels and one conditioner, no shampoo unfortunately. Will stay again!

This was a newer, clean motel. Location was convenient. The room was dark, but the mattress was lumpy and if your partner moved, the mattress wobbled.
