Situated on one of the liveliest and authentic neighborhoods in Lyon, at the heart of Croix-Rousse and 15 minutes walk from the Presqu'île, you will definitely enjoy the calm and comfort of this amazing 32 m² apartment with lovely decoration.

It is on the 4th floor without elevator.
Equipped with air conditioning for more pleasant temperatures in summer !

You will benefit from a beautiful bright space of 32 m², with a sleeping area with a 160 x 200 queen size bed, a desk and a large cupboard, and also a living room/kitchen area with a single sofa bed sized 120 x 180 (perfect for 1 child, less suitable for an adult), a HD TV, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen including oven and dishwasher.

To the left of the kitchen, you will find a bathroom with shower, WC and towel dryer. Finally, to the left of the bathroom, a laundry area with a washing machine and storage space.

This is the perfect place for a business trip, or a romantic one.

WIFI available, sheets and towels are included.

You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a safe keybox. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.
