Gîte with fireplace on 1st floor of house adjoining that of the owner. Near the city of Lyon, in hamlet just 2,5 km from the center of the village of Vaugneray. Separate access via outside stairs & terrace. Upstairs : large living room with lounge area (TV, fireplace (extra charge for firewood), double sofa bed) & fitted kitchen. Hall leading to bedroom (double bed), bathroom (bathtube + shower), separate WC & library (closed by a curtain). Attic sleeping area on the mezzanine above the library with 2 single beds. Central heating. Outdoors : 2 private terraces, garden furniture, deck chairs, barbecue, shared terrace, shared & shady courtyard, shed for bikes, extensive enclosed grounds.
