Last minute booking but we enjoyed our stay. Great location, safe parking and an excellent breakfast - all delivered by a very friendly hostess. Would recommend.

Was greeted on late arrival by Sue absolute gem. I had booked last available room last minute but she was there to meet me and explain room was tiny and she would move me following day when another room became available which she did with no hassle just pack everything up leave itvand we will move it and have new room ready when you return. This place is a little gem of a place i was amazed at how accomadating for dogs with bowls towels mats etc. Would recommend and will stayvagain with my pooch when i go back that way. Thank you again to Sue and staff

Excellent family run business. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting St Annes. The owner is loverly snd it is really nice how welcoming they are to our family dog. A resl family holiday.
