Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Only downside was lack of coffee making facilities in the room. There was a kettle which did not reach to the desk but no coffee, tea etc provided

Charming hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Terrace is very pleasant with views out onto garden areas. Food is excellent. Staff are very attentive. Location is midway between Maastricht and Aachen, and not too far from Spa for the Grand Prix No air conditioning in bedrooms is only demerit.

Accomodatie was wat koud en de verwarming functioneerde niet goed. Wifi was maar in een deel van de accomodatie te gebruiken. Vanwege werkzaamheden direct achter het appartement bijna de hele dag de gordijnen dicht voor privacy. Bij doorgeven van deze punten was de eigenaar duidelijk niet geinteresseerd cq zichtbaar haastig en niet van plan er iets mee te doen. Ontbijt was overigens uitstekend. Ook de jacuzzi was prima en geeft een luxe beleving.

Prettig klein hotel gelegen op een prachtige plek. De kamer die we hadden was heerlijk. Grote kamer en voor onze peuter een eigen kamertje. Ertussen een heerlijke badkamer met jacuzzi. Prima! De kamer was wel aan de voorzijde gelegen dus aardig wat verkeergeluid. Went snel. Het ontbijt was keurig. We hebben één keer gedineerd op locatie wat redelijk was. De lunch viel enigszins tegen. Andere minpuntjes zijn de zwarte schimmel in het zwembad en de defecte jacuzzi in het zwembad. Wat ook jammer is dat op sites zoals Expedia en Booking airconditioning en stomerijservice wordt genoemd maar dat het hotel deze niet aanbiedt. Deze services waren voor ons wel reden om voor dit hotel te kiezen. Al met al wel een prima verblijf gehad. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Absolutely disappointing : No value for money
Four star hotel with two star service and five-star prices. €270 a standard room with no minibar and the traditional layout. Pictures of the surrounding a misleading, Parking place is right in front of the terrace, so you can watch the cars while dining... The whole atmosphere inside feels like you in a sanatorium of the 60s. On top we have been asked to change the room in late evening after they have noticed that they have mixed up the room numbers. This is an absolute no go! This hotel is crap!!

Mooie ligging,schoon, tweeslachtige gastvrijheid.
Mooi hotel, fraaie ligging, tweeslachtige service naar gasten. Verstoort een vlekkeloos verblijf. Kennelijk zijn er gasten en gasten plus, die altijd hun wensen gehonoreerd moeten krijgen. geeft het gevoel dat er kennelijk mensen zijn, waar anderen voor moeten wijken, zonder daar over te communiceren. Weinig zakelijk instelling helaas. Afspraken zijn hier geen garantie voor en tijdens uw aanwezigheid.

Stijlvol, maar ook gezellig
Fraai gedekte tafel, lekker eten, vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijke tuin. Ruime kamer. Prima zwembad, niet groot, maar voldoet. Dieetwensen worden zeer serieus genomen!
