I had a great stay at Hotel Royal Macau. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Everything was well maintained and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great location and convenient to shopping & restaurants. Staff very nice. Rooms are very musty and moldy despite a dehumidifier being on 24/7. Furniture bit outdated. The restaurant onsite for light lunches is great.

I did not have breakfast in the hotel, I can’t comment on that. I am so glad the manager helped me for the room that I reserved for my friend, I used her English name, however she used her Chinese name on her documents. She was able to get the document and worked with Expedia to resolved the issue.

Front desk staff and bellboy were pleasant. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, as well as a nice lap pool. The hotel is within walking distance to the New Lisboa Casino, which is a visible landmark of this part of the island. There are plenty of cheap eateries and convenient stores in the area that are frequent by the locals. A nice little park is right across the street, and a big hill in the back if you want to have some exercises.
