There are homeless people living in the parking lot of this hotel, and there are full-time permanent residence living in this hotel. The doors on the exterior of each room look like they have all been kicked in and the rooms are disgusting. I did not even spend the night at this property I was so fearful for my vehicle and my safety.

Please read before reserving. This property was extremely dirty in all common areas, hallways, elevators and even the room itself. The floor in the room I know had not been cleaned since I spilled some water & wiped up with a rag & it was dark brown. The light switches and walls had stuff all over them. The rooms are not insulated at all since you could hear everything in the hallways even people yelling & slamming doors at 1:30am. The bathroom faucet leaked & spilled over the vanity. Bed was very uncomfortable. If this Avid hotel represents the quality of the chain I will never stay at one of their hotels again. Sadly I read the reviews & none of these were mentioned. If we had not arrived late in the evening I would of left & requested a refund. Also mention the lobby floors needed cleaning & garbage cans were overflowing with trash. Will end with one nice comment the coffee was good.

We had a few issues. The floor in the room was filthy. We had to ask for body wash - the dispenser was empty. The tv was glitchy and did not match the channel guide. The rate was very reasonable and the location was good. Comfortable bed.

Staff was amazing and friendly at check-in. However, our room floor was gross as it was so humid in the hotel that it was leaving moisture and mold on the floor and you would slide around. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice although again the humidity made it near impossible to curl our hair. Additionally, the breakfast was not good - sausage was hard and not edible.

We have some issues with the key card not being ready because their computer were down. The IT tech came in, fixed the issue and when we got back, our key was ready for us. The room was clean. Overall, it was a great experience.
