The room was spotless, and the front desk clerk was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the two lamps had to be replaced, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the blow dryer was not working. We told them about the clogged sink, but no one came up. However, it was Thanksgiving day, so we didn't worry about it too much. And we had our own dryer, although we were hoping not to have to drag it out! lol. Otherwise, it's a very well-taken care of property, and the prices are great.

Truly I would have given SureStay Plus Hotel a solid 5 (FIVE) for its respectful hospitality upon arrival, the neatness and cleanliness of the room, the extra towels we needed upon our request if it had not been for one thing that happened. We will just cut to the point. We my family and I booked this hotel simple for purpose of an event we had to attend for Friday and Saturday where we had to perform. When we walked into the room it was clean and comfortable for us. We had done all that we needed to in order to practice for a little and changed for the event. We had already taken our shower before arriving to the hotel. However, when I went to take a shower on Saturday morning, being the first one to shower and having stepped out of the shower and seeing the steam on the mirror the there was an image that was drawn on the mirror toward the right. I recalled telling my husband that there was a darkened area on the mirror that a strange to me. It too him a while to see it, but he eventually did. We did not think anything of it thinking that it may just be an old mirror with a defect on it. It was not until the next morning after my shower and seeing the image right about the spot on the mirror that we became very suspicious of the spot and wondered if this was an indication that someone could have been violating our privacy by watching guests in the bathroom. It was the most eerie thing I have ever experienced. This was what we saw...

Even though this is an older hotel, I would stay there again and recommend it to everyone. Our room was clean beyond belief, very quiet, comfortable bed and friendly staff.

Originally I was placed in room 215, however after I got settled I realized the TV was not working. I was changed to a better room, but I had to move all my belongings with no assistance to a inside room 208 I got to 208, and the shower makes a loud noise when you utilize it.

This property is a great value. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast area is well laid out, easy get to what’s available. Although the choices are limited, it’s no problem to get an adequate meal. Room was serviced excellently; amenities replaced and towels exchanged. Will reserve again when visiting WR.

The hotel was located very close to the highway and easy to get to. We asked for a first floor room and the hotel accommodated our request. We were able to park right outside our room so bringing in luggage was easy. The room was nice, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The A/C worked great, no problems. Dunkin was right down the street which was great the next morning. We were happy with our stay here and would stay again if in the area.
