There was not one person at the property on arrival to drop bags. Called multiple numbers list as a contact with no answer. I had to book a expensive room at a different hotel. They are still refusing to give my money back

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Ausblick

Super Empfang von sehr nettem Personal, schöner Pool, toller Ausblick auf die Weinfelder und Faial, Zimmereinrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstücksauswahl mit Rührei, Käse, Joghurt, Gemüse, Obst, Marmelade. Weil unsere Fähre früh fuhr, bekamen wir sogar etwas früher Frühstück.

Ilha do Pico está no Topo.

Bom dia! Tenho 4 pontes menos bom. 1- Primeiro para a infraestrutura que tem, já devia ter um geradora para substituir a luz, ficamos sem luz toda a manhã. 2-As toalhas já deviam ter sido substituídas, estão já estragadas. 3-Limpeza passar um mapa no chão. 4- Penso que devia ter uma recepcionista a tempo inteiro.
