Absolute vacation paradise, located at the heart of Sunshine Coast vacation hotspot. Beaver Beach Vacation Home is surrounded by parks, makes all the viewpoints nearby easily accessible. The beauty of the private beach is astonishing. The waves, the stars, the eagles soaring by, humpback whales and killer whales leaping out the water. Truly an unique spot for paddle boarders and kayakers, whale watching and hikes. Meanwhile docks, grocery and liquor store are very close by.
This is a single-story beachfront villa with 5 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with a table that can accommodate 10 people. The guest area occupies the most beautiful part of the entire building. The building is divided into two separate units. One unit is owner occupied. Guests can enjoy it all in privacy through a private entrance. The extremely private backyard, barbecue grill and outdoor dining table all face the ocean. 210 feet of private shoreline allow guests to enjoy the stunning views without leaving their homes, all located on 2.5 acres of private land.

Almost a 5

Because there is no living room or gathering area for a group to sit inside comfortably this is totally weather dependant. Fortunately,our stay had great weather and the outdoor area was fantastic. We were surprised that we didn’t have the whole house as advertised.
