Relax with the whole family at a peaceful home on 7 private acers. We can sleep 16+. Perfect for wedding events, sports teams, family reunions, birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, & large groups. We can park 50+ cars.
We are approximately 15 minutes from Summerfield, 20 minutes from Greensboro, 23 minutes from Winston-Salem, Reidsville, Martinsville, & High Point.
With tons of games, a firepit, a new gas grill, a 75-inch smart tv, an office & fast Wi-Fi you have it all.

5 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King sized bed and pac n play. There is a sitting area as well. The master bathroom has a huge soaking tub and a custom tile shower with double shower heads.
Bedroom 2/office:
Office with a large L shaped desk, a monitor, 32-inch smart tv with Roku & a printer. There is also a queen-sized bed in the office.
Spair bedroom 3: King sized bed & a crib with a changing table. You also have a 32-inch smart tv with Roku and Netflix.
Spair bedroom 4: King sized bed. You also have a 32-inch smart tv with Roku and Netflix.
Spair bedroom 5: Two king size beds and 4 twin beds (This space is XL. The space used to be a 3rd living room that we converted into a bedroom).
Our den also has a twin sized daybed that converts into a king size bed as well. There is a 42-inch Smart tv with Roku and Netflix.
We have 20 or more deer on our property every morning & lots of other beautiful wildlife.
We have an old horse barn for those needing to house horses on their trip.
You have access to all spaces in the home and on the 7 acers except a storage room and 2 cleaning closets which have keypad locks on them.
This is a very private and peaceful home situated in the country, but close to major cities, a Walmart, and great local food.
Walmart, Food Lion, Dollar General, Dollar Teee, Bojangles, Subway, Mexican, Japanese, Seafood House, etc. are 12 minutes away.

Very deceiving listing
This house, although served the purpose due to the lack of available accommodations anywhere else in the area, was absolutely not as advertised. From the first day of arrival there was maintenance issues that where never fixed. The showers where not working so rather than come fix it the host asked my employee to crawl under the house to fix it but when he wasn't able to do that a maintenance man was sent over but he didn't fix it. Instead he left the materials to do so, which are still sitting under the home. In order to shower we had to replace the shower heads ourselves. The beds where cheap and falling apart. Aside from the master bedroom, the rooms where all.so cramped you could hardly walk arond in them. The pictures and descriptions of the property are misleading and false. The porch is falling apart and the furniture on the porch are so close to the front door it can barely be opened. The yard is over grown and has a broken down lawnmower and hammock frame in the yard.
