The room's were nice but we were there for 4 days and housekeeping did not come to our room once we had to call for clean towels and we were told there was no housekeeping sit so we would have to come get our own towels.

Nice and totally adequate stay

My stay at Quality Inn of Madison, WI, was all good. I was in town for my wife's medical procedure at Meriter Hospital, so it was a one-night stay. Carpet was clean, bath was clean. Found no Kleenex to cough into. Breakfast was fast and easy. The Waffle batter cup was not big enough, so the waffle was only half filled when baked. Checkout was great as desk agent directed me to the breakfast room. The price was right too.

The people who work here are very nice and accommodating. However, the rooms do not have a door chain or extra lock as they should. Also, I had a do not disturb sign on my door, but they came in anyway...
