Glad it was only one night.

Stayed for one night with my kids. Beds were okay, bathroom was very small. Decor is outdated, parking is easy, but lot is in poor condition. The walls were literally falling apart on the stairwell. Staff was efficient, cost was reasonable, but I would not stay here again.

Mixed feelings

Well, our microwave turntable was broke and sounded like it was going to explode if you used it. Our refrigerator broke said would be back and check on it and replace it if was not working. Well it did not work came back to it to be hot. Staff was friendly and polite and rooms were clean. The halls were free from trash but had an oder and could have had carpets cleaned. The breakfast was hit or miss 3 of the days they were very slow at restocking the food of our week stay.

When we entered our room, the fire escape plan had fallen off the door and was stuck on the floor and i trip over it, the toilet was not bolted to the floor and rocked when getting on and off the toilet, the bathroom door was very squeeky and loud

I was worried about staying there from the second I booked the room. I didn't read the reviews 1st and that was a mistake. Well I read some more from this month, June 2025, & they were pretty good. A lot of people raved about the breakfast and that was the ONLY thing that was nice. The sink drain stopper was broken and stayed stuck down. Due to this the ONLY sink in the room wouldn't drain and there was feces on the wall in the bathroom. Called the front desk, she came and looked at it, but never returned so I cleaned the feces off the wall. The front desk called a few hours later and woke my mom and me up to ask if we still needed the sink fixed but my mom had rigged it open. The next morning there was a giant puddle of water under the A/C unit, as soon as we shut the air off the room stink like mildew, horribly. The sink was stuck again and the whole time the remote only half worked. The back for the battery was missing and the guide button didn't work. There was a door connecting our room to another and the man sneezed and it sounded like he was basically sitting on my bed. That means he could hear the entire conversation between my sister and me this morning. No privacy for us and he probably couldn't sleep with us talking. Also when housekeeping cleaned the room while I was gone, they didn't even clean the bathroom or take the trash out. I would NEVER recommend this place!! I payed almost $200 & had to take my mom for surgery on the 27th. Horrible experience!!!

Perfect Pool

Wonderful pool. Great temperature. I have a 4 year old and base all of my bookings on pools/hot tubs for him. He also gets excited about breakfast and he enjoyed this one. Would stay again.
