Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Welcome to Aversa, a stunning beach-themed apartment located in the vibrant neighborhood of Azca. Bars, discos, shopping centers, restaurants, you name it and Aza has it. With so much to do and see, make sure you have a place to come home to. With its spacious layout, stylish design, and convenient amenities, Aversa offers a delightful and comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

Spread across 95 square meters, Aversa provides ample space for you to relax and unwind. The apartment features two beautifully furnished bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed for a restful night's sleep. Both bedrooms also boast ensuite bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience. One of the bathrooms even features a luxurious bathtub, inviting you to indulge in a soothing soak after a long day of exploring.

The living room is a perfect blend of comfort and entertainment with perfect beach themed decorations bringing a sense of relaxation and tranquility to the space. Equipped with a full entertainment system, you can enjoy your favorite movies and shows. A dedicated workstation is also available, providing a quiet space to catch up on work or stay connected with loved ones. The dining table offers a cozy spot to enjoy meals or engage in lively conversations.

The fully furnished kitchen is a culinary haven. It comes equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary utensils, allowing you to whip up delicious meals with ease. To ensure your comfort throughout your stay, Aversa is equipped with air conditioning, providing a cool and refreshing environment, especially during warm summer days. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.

This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
