The hotel was perfect for what we needed. It was clean but our room smelled like someone had smoked in it and it was cleaned, but there was some residual smell. Other than that it was great! A few minute walk to the subway station, a bakery and several small restaurants even closer than the subway station. The staff was very friendly and the hotel felt secure as the front door to the building was locked behind your hotel room key as well.

Excellent property but FALSE ADVERTISING on Location. Address on booking website shows a Very Central location of Puerta del Sol, the main plaza in Madrid, not the case. This apartment is located WAY southwest of the city. The apartment itself was excellent, very modern and clean. Except for the broken elevator for 2 days. The location has a Subway 7 mins away(Oporto) but DEFINITELY not Puerta del Sol. You're given the exact address 45 mins before 2 pm check in :(

Las facilidades son muy buenas y cómodas. La persona responsable en las facilidades fue muy amable y atenta. Recomendamos que en la ducha de la habitación A2 se coloque algo que contenga el agua de la ducha ya que. Se moja mucho el piso del cuarto.

The property is newly renovated. Our apartment was not very big but was new, clean, and perfect. The beds were comfortable, the AC was working perfectly, and everything was very clean and new. The area is not too close to the center, but we had a car, which was perfect for us. I think there is public transport nearby. Perfect stay. Thank you!!
