Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Welcome to Dilar, a spacious and stylish 3-bedroom apartment located in the vibrant Trafalgar neighborhood of Madrid. This neighborhood is known for its lively atmosphere, offering a mix of local shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. With its expansive layout, modern amenities, and delightful grassland design theme, Dilar offers you a comfortable and inviting space to call home during your time in the city.

Spanning across 134 square meters, Dilar is designed to provide ample room for relaxation and functionality. The apartment boasts three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for everyone. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen-size beds, one of which features a dedicated workstation, ideal for catching up on work or simply browsing the web. The third bedroom is equipped with a cozy single bed. The fourth detached bathroom is chic and functional in design.

One of the highlights of Dilar is the open plan living room and kitchen area. This space serves as the heart of the apartment, offering a seamless blend of comfort and functionality. The living room is equipped with a full entertainment system, creating a cozy environment for movie nights or relaxing evenings. A dining table is thoughtfully placed nearby, providing a dedicated space for enjoying meals together. The fully furnished kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with modern appliances and ample countertop space. The countertop sitting area adds a casual dining option, perfect for enjoying a quick breakfast or sipping a cup of coffee.

French balcony access from the open living area brings a breath of fresh air into the apartment and invites you to step outside and take in the neighborhood's atmosphere. Dilar is also equipped with air conditioning throughout, allowing you to maintain a pleasant indoor temperature, no matter the season. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
