Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
We book apt with AC, but the AC didn’t worked. Try to contact staff but reply was poor and non-sense, they want us to try technical electric solutions by our self - after 2 replies at 10pm they ghosted and re-appear after 10am the next to try to solve - but we already check out - worst customer service experience
