Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Welcome to Gaeta, a charming beach-themed apartment located in the vibrant neighborhood of Ríos Rosas. This quiet and elegant area gives a taste of the quiet side of Madrid, but still gives access to lots of bars and restaurants along Calle Ponzano. With its comfortable living spaces, well-appointed bedroom, and access to shared pool facilities, Gaeta offers a delightful retreat for your stay in Madrid.

Spanning across 62 square meters, Gaeta provides a cozy and inviting atmosphere for you to relax and unwind. The apartment features a stylishly decorated bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bedroom also grants you access to a private balcony, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or soak up the sun's rays. The bathroom is chic and well-equipped for getting ready to start your day.

The living room, and its light colored furniture and hanging lights, gives a piece of a beach-like paradise in an otherwise landlocked city. With a comfortable sofa bed, it offers additional sleeping arrangements for extra guests or family members. It’s equipped with an entertainment system, providing you with a range of options for leisure and entertainment, and a dedicated workstation, allowing you to catch up on work or stay connected during your stay. The adjacent dining table provides a cozy spot to enjoy meals or gather for socializing.

Gaeta features a fully furnished kitchen, complete with modern appliances and amenities. Whether you prefer to prepare a homemade meal or simply make a quick snack, you'll find everything you need at your disposal. The kitchen also offers balcony access, allowing for al fresco dining or a refreshing breeze while cooking.

For your comfort, Gaeta is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout your stay. As a guest at Gaeta, you'll have access to a shared pool, providing a perfect opportunity to cool off and relax during your leisure time. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round.

*For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with a ducted air system in all rooms.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.


*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.

A security deposit is required for this stay. More details will be provided during the booking process via Airbnb, and the deposit will be collected by the service provider.
