This charming 41 m² three-bedroom apartment in Madrid is the perfect retreat for families and friends seeking a comfortable and memorable stay. Located on the 5th floor and accessible by lift, it combines convenience with a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features two comfortable sofas, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table where you can share meals together.

The kitchenette comes fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. For added convenience, there is a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup effortless, as well as a washer, dryer, and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs.

The apartment offers three well-appointed bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with a single bed, and a third located on a mezzanine level with two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom is fitted with all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, so you can start your day feeling refreshed.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The property is located in the heart of Madrid, right between Plaza del Callao and Puerta del Sol, two of the city’s most iconic and vibrant spots. This famous pedestrian street is one of Madrid’s main shopping destinations, offering a lively atmosphere filled with a mix of well-known international brands, local boutiques, and traditional Spanish shops.

In addition to modern shopping options, the area also offers unique stores selling traditional items like fans, guitars, embroidered shawls, and mantillas. There are also record stores, toy shops, and an Apple Store for technology lovers. The street is constantly buzzing with activity, from street performers to seasonal decorations such as the famous Cortylandia Christmas display at El Corte Inglés.

The location is easily accessible, with the Callao Metro Station just a short walk away, as well as numerous bus lines and pedestrian-friendly routes. The surrounding streets are filled with cafes, tapas bars, and restaurants where you can enjoy Spanish cuisine while soaking in the lively local atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest metro station, Callao, is just a 2-minute walk.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
