This charming 50 m² property offers a comfortable and cozy space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 10th floor with elevator access.

The apartment features an open-plan design with living, dining, and kitchen areas that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room includes a comfortable sofa and a TV. A charming dining table provides the perfect place for guests to enjoy meals together.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, utensils, and appliances.

The bedroom, separated by an elegant glass door, features a double bed, a TV, and ample storage space. Bed linen is provided.

The bathroom includes all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your scheduled arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Madrid, Spain's lively capital, is a city of rich history, stunning architecture, and vibrant culture. Highlights include the Prado Museum, the Royal Palace, and Plaza Mayor, all offering a glimpse into the city’s heritage. Visitors can relax in El Retiro Park or savour local flavours at tapas bars and markets like Mercado de San Miguel.

The city’s neighbourhoods add to its charm, each offering unique experiences. Malasaña and Chueca are perfect for nightlife and trendy spots, while the Barrio de las Letras showcases literary history. Whether exploring art, food, or lively streets, Madrid has something for everyone.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Colón, is just a 170-meter walk away, and the nearest train station, Recoletos, is a 5-minute walk away.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
