Rooms need some refurbishing( walls having huge yellow stains), tv very bad placed in the room impossible to look at it withouthavinga neck pain, towels smelling like mold and full of stains, shower head needs a support.

The hostel is in a very central area. 8 minutes walking to plaza del Sol and 5 minutes walking to the metro station. The area is close to a market, to restaurants. A guy in the staff was not very friendly and it took me around 20 minutes just to check in. :( But otherwise, the room was clean and the bed fairly comfortable. :) The best feature is the location.

The Wifi is super weak, The safe cost 1 euro per open (It does not returns the money back), The staff dont know english (luckily I knew some spanish). The room is out dated, very old, very messy, It seems that the room was not cleaned before my arrival. The towls are dirty, The toilet moved from side to side, bathroom is tiny. To enter the building they give you a key that doesn't work, and the only way to get inside is via Intercom call (They claim they have 24/7 people, however some of the guard slept or were not available at all times). They don't have printing service. It's a good location but way over priced !

Room was so cramped. The shower was the size of a kitchen sink. The toilet seat located so it was impossible to sit on straight on and I am a normal size guy, had to sit on it sideways. Ants in the bathroom. Air conditioner not working. Overall not a nice space to be in.

I will request Expedia to reimburse what I payed for the hostal because when I arrived there where no one to open me the door to said hostal. I called the numbers for the hostal and there where no answers. I email twice the hostal, but was no answer. After 30-45 minutes I left because it was obvious there where no one to help me. I will request Expedia to reimburse what I payed for the hostal. It was really terrible and unprofessional. I called the hostal the next day and they told me that they do not work with Expedia. Ha estado muy bien lo unico que mejoraria es que se avise que no hay gel ni champoo, que nuestra puerta costaba un poco echar el pestillo pero al final le cogimos el truco, y quiza que el cambio de sabanas y toallas no es diario pero por su precio no se puede pedir mas, el sitio es muy centrico y muy bien comunicado,repetiria

La habitación era muy pequeña, el techo con humedades y la cortina del baño apulgarada. Son pequeños detalles que no me harán repetir. Eso sí está muy bien ubicado, el único punto a favor.
