Thanks Víctor for being the main reason I’m grateful of staying at this hotel. You offer a high standard customer service equivalent to a five star hotel, professional and always goes the extra mile to please.
This was my third week on vacation and was arriving late night from Barcelona, and Víctor contacted me around 11pm to coordinate the preparation of the key and to tell me that he will be waiting for me even after midnight. There was not iron available, but he was able to find one & take it to my room in less than 5 minutes. Víctor, thanks for always being eager to help & for all your suggestions of the places to visit in the city.
Also, thanks to the only lady who guided me with the tours (sorry don’t recall your name). There was no elevator the day I left, Sunday. It was broken since the day before & couldn’t be repaired because of the weekend. She took my heavy suitcase down from the third floor by herself, thank you again.
The room is not even close to how it looks on the website photos; not pleasant.
The cleaning was really poor, hair everywhere, dirty room, bathroom & the sheets were not that clean, in fact didn’t change it during the 7 nights I stayed. They only made the bed.
The balcony doesn’t work, is only decorative & the closure of that door is broken.
The noise is terrible; the curtain doesn’t block out the noise, so it doesn’t allow you to sleep (people talking, protests, the noise of the business restocking their merchandise at night, horrible…)
