El proceso de check-in en esta propiedad es extremadamente frustrante. A pesar de tener un número de contacto, nunca responden. Al llegar, me vi obligado a reservar en otro hotel porque la propiedad no revisó su correo electrónico a tiempo y me informaron que había perdido mi ventana de check-in. Este nivel de falta de profesionalismo es inaceptable. *********************** The check-in process at this property is extremely frustrating. Despite having a contact number, no one ever answers. Upon my arrival, I was forced to book a different hotel because the property failed to check their email in time and informed me that I had missed my check-in window. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

this is an apartment in a less well-off area of Madrid, far from public transport, shops and restaurants. It has 4 double bedrooms (the advert stated 2 bedroom flat) and only one bathroom where a larger person would not fit in the shower. Kitchen is not equipped properly - no coffee mugs, no bowls, no bottle opener, to name a few. Furniture in the room is non existent - a pole for wardrobe and a small coffee table for everything else. Pillows were strange long ones and uncomfortable. Communication was difficult - no English, AT ALL - I had to translate every word. We had a brand new TV though, so had to remove the foil from the screen and tune it etc - it was not guest ready as it should have been.

Es un estafador. NO ATIENDE LLAMADAS. Pide que se le envie Identificaciones a un email falso para que nunca lleguen y asi IMPOSIBILITAR CHECK IN. Esta usando esta plataforma para estafar a la Gente. RECOMIENDO A EXPEDIA SACARLO como Proveedor.

da beim buchen nicht sichtbar war, dass es sich um ein Massenquartier handelt, haben wir das Zimmer nicht bezogen, denn wir wollten nicht mit 6 anderen Personen 1 Toilette, Bad usw teilen. Es wäre schön, wenn wir wenigstens einen Teil unserer Ausgaben zurück bekämen. Vielen Dank im voraus
