This recently renewed bright apartment can accommodate 4 people. It is located on a century building just step away from the most important tourist attractions: Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, Royal Palace,.. but at the same time is quiet and confortable. Provided with all facilities for your well-being during your stay, it is an ideal place to discover the city afoot and have rest.

I booked this place for my husband and sister-in-law, who now think I’m a genius. Here’s their review: “When we walked in, we were immediately drawn to the window and the balcony overlooking Calle Mayor. Fantastic location; beautiful apartment. Roberto met us at the door when we got there. He took us in and showed us how everything operated (except the combined washer/dryer, which was smarter than we were, haha). He told us about the neighborhood and had a written outline of things to do close by. There’s an elevator, which is convenient. Roberto was very personable and we were very happy with everything. A bonus: During the week, there’s a property manager on site, who keeps the building clean, is very helpful and makes the building feel super safe. He’s a really nice guy.”

Great location

We recently stayed at this location and it was absolutely amazing. We were able to walk to major attractions and there are more than enough restaurants right outside, money exchange and bank ATMs are very close by as well. The apartment itself was perfect, clean and the chenk in/out process was easy. Highly recommended this location for anyone going to Madrid.

Perfect in Every Way

Incredible apartment. Newly renovated with first rate appliances, bathroom fixtures. Good Wi-fi and tv for casting, streaming. Very comfortable beds with plenty of closet space. And nicely decorated living room with a small balcony. Apt is in dead center of city, 2 blocks from Sol. Cannot do better than this perfect Apt.

First time in Madrid

My daughter and I came to Madrid to celebrate her college graduation. We had a fantastic time which was made easy and comfortable due to the Puerta del Sol apartment. First the location was excellent. We were right in the heart of the city and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was very hot when we were there so having AC was important for us and the whole apartment was comfortable with multiple units to cool all areas. The apartment was super clean and well appointed with everything you might need. We did not cook while there since we were just a stones throw from so many choices but the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The washing machine was also important since Madrid was our second city to visit and it worked perfectly (there was even some washing pods to start with). The beds were very comfortable and everything seemed fresh and new. Roberto was very engaging and helpful and offered some insights on where to go in Madrid. I will return to Spain with my wife and when we come to Madrid I hope Puerta del Sol is available to stay because we would for sure stay there again!

Ideal location, classy place

You can't find a better location in Madrid. Ideally situated, this place was perfect for exploring the city. Very comfortable and secure apartment, the elevator was great to have too.
