The apartment is so cool, unique and so comfortable.

Located in the center of Madrid, in one of the famous plaza in the center- next to Plaza "Tirso de Molina", one stop from Puerta del Sol.
We have a lot of experience with groups and families with a lot solutions for families and groups.
The metro station is next to the building (100 meters), one stop from the main metro station "Sol"

Luxury and spacious apartment (120 m2) right in the city centre, next to Plaza de Tirso de Molina and all the great and must see sites and attractions of this wonderful city. The cultural and gastronomic offer of the area are amazing. Ideal for families and groups. Ideal for a great stay.
Apartment in entirely restored 19th Century building. It has been fully renovated and redecorated with luxurious qualities. It has all the facilities for a great stay such as ✔AC and ✔heaters in every room, high-speed ✔WiFi and even hearing music by bluetooth speaker✔. The apartment's street is safe and quiet. The apartment has an excellent soundproofing, allowing our guests to rest so they can make the most of their visit.
The apartment is exceptionally communicated with the airport and the train stations. The neighborhood has several parkings with competitive prices for those who come by car. We provide everything our guests may need to have a comfortable stay and make the most of their visit to Madrid.

Located in the historic, tourist, shopping and entertainment district, provides a privileged location, strategically located, visitors can walk to all the attractions, a pleasant stroll, as are some references:

The apartment is 120 m2 up for 12 guests with 5 bedrooms.
The main bedroom has an a private bathroom and has a very comfortable double bed (140x200 cm).
The 3 more bedroom has double and very comfortable bed (140x200 cm), above 1 bedroom it has an upper-room (unik for children) . Additionally there is sofa converts into a double bedroom (140x200 cm) for two more guests. Most of the bedrooms are interior, with no noise, allowing our guests to rest. There are 2 bathrooms - one with bath (especaily for children) and onother shower, are provided with shower and everything you will need, including a hair dryer and a shower mat. Additionally there is one more toilet separate
The open kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with an American style combi-fridge, microwave✔coffee maker✔Nessperso machine with capsules✔kettle✔toaster✔ washing-dryer machine✔ crockery and cutlery. The fridge✔ is very big and ideal to store the food of 12 people. There is washing machine✔ which it is very convenient for short stays.
It is a very handy space for breakfast, lunch and diner or just for coffee.
There is a dinning table up for 12 diners.
There is L-shaped sofa which converts into a double bed of 140x200 cm, where two more guests can sleep. In addition there are two chaises longue in the living room . There is also a cable TV and bluetooth speker for hearing great music. The living room has balcony. The living room has an excellent soundproofing, so our guests will sleep peacefully even if they are staying in the heart of a bustling Madrid.

We loved the location and check-in went very smoothly. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a water filtration system. The living room and each bedroom had its own airconditioning unit that could be set individually.

Great location!

It was easy to hop on the Metro or walk to a number of places. We especially enjoyed the coffee shop around the corner. The space was plenty big for two families. We were really happy with it!

What a great location!

We had a fabulous time in our VRBO apartment. It was just a block from all kinds of food, the metro, and all the flowers you could ever want. The apartment was very well equipped, neat and clean. We enjoyed feeding ourselves breakfast and trying a different nearby restaurant for dinner. The large sitting area was great for all the family that was coming and going. The wedding photographer liked the lighting so well he took some of the wedding photos in the apartment. The host and owner were quick to respond to us and helpful when we arrived.

Great location close to everything

This place was big enough for everyone to have their own rooms, which made teens and young adults happy. Ohad provided excellent communication and even arranged a van from the airport that accommodated our whole party. The house was clean and nicely decorated. It was great that our host was there to meet us at the house and give us an introduction to the apartment and city, including restaurant and site seeing recommendations. A/C in rooms were much appreciated in the hot weather. And, as my title says, the location! We were walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do.

An Apartment in the Center of Madrid!

Ohad's apartment was in a great old neighborhood in the heart of Old Madrid, just a few blocks from the Plaza Mayor. We could walk to several of the nearby sights, or they were just a few Metro Stops away.There was plenty space for our adult family of 8. We were close to the Metro, Tapas, Restaurants, ATM and Grocery Store. The fixtures and finishes were modern with great Air Conditioning, (even at the end of September it was in the high 90's), they even had Netflix. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were met by the host and given tips on places to eat and see. We were there for just a few days but really felt like we were a temporary Local not just a Tourist. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Lots of room for a large group!

Great location! Recommend breakfast at Pum Pum bakery just next door. The property was perfect for our needs. We had 3 adults, 3 older teenagers and one child. The loft was perfect for the child. No AC up there but had a fan. There are 2 full baths and one toilet room. That was helpful for a large group! The artwork in the home is fun and eclectic. The master bed and bath are farther from the rest allowing for privacy. The washer works great but no dryer. However, there is a laundromat one minute walk away to dry clothes. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Needs new chairs

Sounds crazy I know but the two chairs you see in the ad are HORRIBLE! they have springs sticking through the cushion and are virtually unusable. We were 9 and those seats were needed! The place could use a fresh coat of paint and some sprucing up. I believe the pictures online are a few years old. Great location and roomy. The hosts are excellent and the communication before during and after were excellent!

Nice location; minor issues with bathroom doors and electricity

Location ideal since for the most part, walking distance to many of Madrid's tourist attractions - might consider the metro if going to museum district (Prado), Salamanca, or the Madrid palace (never made it there) since those are probably at least a 20 minute walk for an average person (worse if traveling in heat of summer). Initial impression of the apartment was in the back alley and appearance was questionable so that I had to double check the address. Once inside the apartment, rooms were sufficient and beds comfortable, but with 10 people, it did start to feel a little cramped. Had issues with the electricity going out when using the washing machine and cooking food at the same time; had issues with trying to unlock bathroom doors once locked so we just made it a policy to leave the bathroom door open to mean it is empty and if closed, then it is occupied since did not want to lock the bathroom.

Great location in heart of city

Hi- the apartment was good. Very clean. 2.5 bathrooms and a good amount of room in general. We were 2 moms (best friends) and our 4 teen kids traveling. We are seasoned travelers so not easily phased by living in urban centers. The Furniture was IKEA and a couple pieces could be replaced Bc they are showing wear but it very clean and the location was great- really really close to Tirosa de Molina (square with 24 grocery, restaurants etc) and a short walk to plaza mayor - the big super well known plaza. It was on a very small street that didn’t look like much from outside in a very urban neighborhood but Inside it was good. The loft room is reached by a wooden ladder so it is good for kids (teens) or spry young adults. There was one issue with a downstairs neighbor (I think he in general not thrilled with vrbo) - and was upset we were using showers on first night and came by to tell us this— and he also liked to party at night on the weekend nights we were there — but it was nothing abnormal for a city— but Ohad dealt with him immediately and was a very good host. He even helped me find a great sushi place for my son’s bday. Overall it was a great place to stay if you are good with staying in a city area rather than a fancier tourist area.

Not as advertised. Falling apart and not clean.

First this is listed as a 6 bedroom. It is a 4 bedroom at best, and they count the loft area and the couch/living room as another bedroom. The apartment is clearly a loft with a bunch of walls added to make it a multi-room home. The kitchen is poorly equipped and the place was dusty, likely bc there is on-going construction in and around the building. We were not informed that the tenant below is undergoing a renovation project and there was loud banging and construction noise ALL day on the two weekdays we were there- being that we were traveling with small children who need to nap, this was a big problem. Next many things in the house were broken and exposing dangerous nails ( sliding door to one of the rooms) and broken glass (tv stand) - while management was responsive; and sent a repair person 2 days into our stay, it was clearly not something that could have been missed had someone responsible for the unit and not just a booking agent had taken a look at the property before a guest checked in. Overall we were highly disappointed. We had 8 adults and 2 children and between the fewer than listed rooms and only 2 bathrooms for that many guests - we were counting down the days to be able to check out. Apologies if this is harsh, but better for others who are not just a group of college students looking for a crash pad to know before getting duped by the same false advertising and booking a place that is falling apart.

it was great in respect to distance to historic parts and museums. at first you feel its not a good nieborhood but it is very safe and very convenient to get to diffrent places. groceries are within walking. the owner and management are very welcoming and they are very helpful. apartment was very comfortable even though we were 12 people we had no issue.

Wonderful and best location!!!

We had a very positive experience while staying in Madrid . The staff were very organized , proactive and accessible . The flat is very clean , spacious and central to within a 20 minute walk of most attractions . The only negative is that some of the neighbors can be loud late at nite so bring ear plugs . LOCATION: This cozy apartment is perfectly hidden in The Latina neighborhood, which is very central to everything and made us feel like locals. We walked everywhere! My favorite experience was a Sunday morning walk thru the lively and unforgettable El Rastro Flea Market just a couple of blocks away. COMFORT: The beds were super comfortable and the living room and kitchen were the most convenient part to fit our big and rowdy group. The air conditioning worked as well as can be expected for Europe during the hot summer months, but having a fridge with cold water and wine made up for it. One of the Queen beds is in top of one of the bedroom ceilings, like a loft that requires you to climb up in a bunk-like movable ladder. Just keep that in mind because kids and older persons would not necessarily be able to sleep there. So whomever is sleeping in this area can't really stand up or put their luggage up there. We would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent apartment and wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Stayed here with 5 friends in October 2017 and can't recommend it enough. It has plenty of rooms (we were 6 guys and each had a bed to ourselves and most of us had our own room), a kitchen area with dining table and a living room and it is spotlessly clean. It's ideally situated for the centre of Madrid and there are plenty of great bars only 100m away in Plaza Tirso de Molina. Communications with Ohad were brilliant and the apartment handover with Ida couldn't be easier. Next time i am in Madrid i will try to rent this apartment again - the highest accolade i could give it.
