Utrera - 4 bedrooms in Trafalgar

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Inspired by the different colors and textures found in the grassland, Utrera is a 137 square meters unique property inspired by the grasslands. From the stores on Calle de Fuencarral to the gardens of Plaza de Olavide, live like a true Madrileño in Madrid's Trafalgar neighborhood. Madrid has many great sights on offer, make sure you have a home to come back to that's even better.

Utrera offers comfort and style within their 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Of the 4 bedrooms, guests will find 3 queen-sized beds and 1 twin bed. All three of the queen size bedrooms also have ensuite bathrooms for maximum privacy and comfort. The single room has a dedicated workstation for all remote working needs, along with two of the double rooms. Utrera offers air conditioning to ensure sound sleep even during the summer months. The fourth detached bathroom with a walk in shower ensures that there’s no line when getting ready in the morning.

The open plan living room and kitchen has plenty of light streaming in from the large windows. The living room has a full entertainment system and plenty of space for sitting, perfect for hosting friends and family. The large wooden dining table and dried grasses and plant touches around the living room bring the grassland theme to life. As with all our apartments, Utrera's kitchen is fully equipped. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.

This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
