We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The restaurant next door also had kind staff who helpfully provided us with ice. Note that the hotel does not have its own restaurant. The staff were helpful.

Property is located on a very quiet street with almost zero noise from traffic. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and professional. The room was clean and large. The restaurant felt like it was part of the garden, but completely encased in glass. The location is conveniently located close to the best shopping avenue in Madrid and within walking distance to important museums and attractions.
