We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful hotel, which is conveniently located. The staff were incredibly kind and, without us even asking, they upgraded our stay when they noticed we were traveling with our son. They surprised us with a larger room that had stunning city views. It truly made our visit special, and we couldn't be more grateful!

Loud tiny room

We paid for a double room and got a single room. My dad was a single person, but I’ve paid for a double occupancy my dad is also a senior and they didn’t help him with the bags to the room they did eventually move him, but what happened at check in didn’t make up for it The room next-door was really loud the whole night so there was no insulation in the rooms for sound. The toilet was so small in the room. They placed him that he couldn’t even go to the bathroom comfortably

The room was very quiet and comfortable and the staff was professional and friendly. The location is within walking distance of dozens of different types of restaurants and is very close to the shopping district. Great place to stay if you want to enjoy the downtown nightlife of Madrid. Highly recommended!
