Any member of my team will greet you at the apartment to provide the keys and all the information about the apartment and the surrounding area. We kindly ask that you send us all the information before your arrival so we can organize everything, including the ID or passport numbers of all guests. We will always be in contact during your stay in case you need anything or have any problems.

Please observe the house rules and respect the neighbors' sleep. Parties of any kind are prohibited.

Appartement trĂšs original, fort bien situĂ© prĂšs d’une bouche de mĂ©tro et d’une grande surface ouverte 24 h sur 24. Nous nous y sommes beaucoup plus. Le proprio nous a mĂȘme appelĂ© un taxi au moment de notre dĂ©part. Une seule rĂ©serve et c’est bien peu de chose, il n’y a pas de fenĂȘtres offrant une vue sur l’extĂ©rieur Ă  l’exception d’une vue sur la terrasse emmurĂ©e, mais c’est incontournable compte tenu de l’architecture de la maison. The host was very charming and helpful. Explained a lot. Amenities were all there and well appointed. Good sized apartment. Downside being no hot water initially. This was fixed whilst we were out and they were quick to offer alternative accommodation and attended to it straight away. They could have checked before we arrived I suppose, but I guess you don't suddenly expect an immersion heater to stop working. The other issue was the bedroom window. The latch to secure it closed was missing. So it does let in surrounding noise and cold air if you are there during colder months. It is quiet for a central city location, but AC units are still nearby. They need to provide spare pillows for couples and a spare blanket for the colder months. Very good location and noise levels. There are radiators if needs be which are effective. AC in the living room and ceiling fan in the bedroom for the warner months. Good wardrobe space and kitchen facilities. Clearly a good place for longer stays, with a good sized kitchen table. It is ground floor and therefore the patio receives minimal light. Worth staying there again.

La habitación ya que es muy muy pequeña solo tiene30 cm para moverse teniendo en cuenta que es lo mås importante para una estadía xq es lo que realmente se usa pues pråcticamente se viene a dormir . Eso podría mejorar si hace un cambio en la pared ya que se siente uno totalmente encerrado .

I stayed for almost three weeks in this apartment on my own and had a pleasant experience. The flat is exactly as described and shown in the photos — comfortable, well-equipped, and cozy. It’s on the ground floor with a small patio; while it doesn’t get much direct sunlight, it remains a nice and welcoming space, even for a longer stay.The location is excellent — right in the multicultural neighborhood of LavapiĂ©s, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars just across the street. Despite that, it’s set on a quieter junction, so noise was never an issue. It’s also conveniently situated near the edge of LavapiĂ©s, making it less hilly and offering quick access to main streets and public transport.Communication with the host, Hans, was smooth and easy, and I really appreciated the cleaning service during my stay. Overall, it was the perfect place for my time in Madrid.

This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay - AC, TV, separate living room, dining room, & bed room, private bathroom with shower, fridge, kitchen with cookware, and washer. We felt safe in the area and the apartment is very close to major attractions, like museums, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Royal Palace, and Retiro Park. Big plus for us was it was only a 10 min walk to/from the Atocha train station. Hans is very helpful and responsive, which made our stay even better. He has provided us with guide books that helped us narrow down what to do and where to eat. Thank you so much, Hans!

4 nights at the end of a long trip

This was the perfect place to stay at the end of a long trip when we needed a nice home base for resting. The AC was amazing for breaks from the heat and the neighborhood had tons to do when we wanted to venture back out.

Incredible Stay

Perfect location! Especially for the amount per night. Plenty of good restaurants and bars right around the corner and all walking distance to billet trains stations and attractions. I highly recommend also Hans is a great guest. Also a plus to have your own back area for breakfast outside and for drying clothes. Also Madrid was my favorite city compared to Toledo, Barcelona, and Spain. Can not recommend anymore than this spot. Also forgot to mention great air conditioning.

It is a small apartment but the way it has been laued out and furnished is very good. Very clean and everything up to a good standard. Excellent communication from the landlord and his daughter who met us at 21.30 on our arrival. The apartment felt very secure in a typical Spanish city area. Local bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Good metro links with a station 5 minutes away. We didn't use the metro until the last night when we had to travel further for a concert. We walked most places. I don't think you would regret booking a stay.

Quiet apartment in Madrid, close to Atocha train station

Nice, cute, clean, quiet apartment, close to coffee, food, and train to Toledo and Barcelona (walking distance to Atocha station). The property service personnel speak English and meet you in person to give you the keys and show you the place. You get one key for the inner door and one for the two outer doors. Make sure to ask for guidance on how to exit without having to unlock the two outer (auto-locked) doors (it's not obvious).Like most apartments in Madrid, the window looks into a brick wall -- in this case, the wall of a smallish patio, which had not been cleaned due to the persistent rain, so we did not use it, but it has a small table and two chairs.This is a vintage apartment on the ground (bajo) floor. The small hot water heater is enough for 2 showers. The European-style wet-floor open-door shower creates a water puddle on the tile floor, but that's typical for Europe. The kitchen is well stocked and the dining table has enough seats for 6.The place is far enough from the merry crowds downtown to be quiet, yet close enough to be within walking distance to Plaza Mayor and most tourist attractions.

Property was clean and easy to access. Hosts were extremely communicative and helpful during checkin. Location was great, a short walk from the main downtown area but also with lots of food and infrastructure around. Great spot!

Excellent location on a ground floor with zero street noise. Usual apartment block dwelling noises, but ok. Very clean and comfortable with everything necessary. Tight space in bedroom and toilet as per pictures, but bed is super comfortable. Location is amazing.

Stylish Apartment and Fun Location

We enjoyed this apartment and being able to walk to cafes and restaurants. It is decorated very cute with patio for fresh air. Great kitchen with washing machine and everything you need! The bedroom is small but it’s only for sleeping and Madrid is for having fun! Hans was a great host and very helpful.

Perfect Location
