Relax on the sofa in the living room, here you can also sit comfortably together in the evening, watch a movie and chat for a long time while the flames crackle in the fireplace.

Step out onto the terrace, the perfect place for an outdoor breakfast. Enjoy the first rays of the sun and the fabulous view or end the day here with a cold drink and delicious food from the grill.

Here on Lake Trasimeno, a beautiful landscape awaits you with golden sunflower fields, green vineyards, ancient olive groves and oak woods and lacy cypress trees. Medieval castles such as Castiglione del Lago and Passignano complete the panorama. Numerous activities await the visitor: tennis, horseback riding, swimming, sailing and boat trips are just a few examples. Visit the three islands in the lake or go around it by bike, of course not without tasting local wines and olive oil on the way!
