Gîtes du Lac - Le Seran et la Charmette

Welcome to our nature spot, nestled between the Séran river, at the foot of the Charmette mountain and a 20-minute walk (departure from the gîte) from the wild coast of Lake Barterand. Rejuvenation at the door of the gîte: swimming in the lake, hiking or horseback riding, cycle tourism or simply, lazing around, relaxing… with a holiday feel! The Lac gîte, with a capacity of 11 people, opens with its three outdoor spaces. On the east side, the garden furniture offers itself as an isolated break, on the south side, the dining area benefits from its unobstructed view of the paddock, and on the west side, it is the view of the Charmette mountain. Current decoration of the gîte, warm colors, brightness, surround you with a feeling of well-being as you walk through the front door. The cottage is equipped with every comfort. On the ground floor, there are the living rooms, with open kitchen and dining area, two lounge areas, one is equipped with a convertible sofa. Two bathrooms, two separate toilets with hand basins. On the 1st floor, the three bedrooms are located under the roof. On the same landing, a 1st bedroom has a 160*200 bed, a 2nd bedroom has three single beds (90*190). Accessible by another staircase, the 3rd family bedroom with a view of the paddock, offers a 140*190 bed and two 90*200 single beds. Animals are welcome (supplement of 10€ for the stay charged). For horses, a paddock, with hay, water available (billing to the owners). For tourist cyclists and motorcyclists, possibility of storing bicycles and motorbikes in a closed shelter. The rental price includes bathroom linen, utilities and departure cleaning. You can reserve bed linen. To note : The cottage is adjoining a year-round rental, the shared parking, the courtyard to access the cottage is gravelled with large gravel. The gîte is the result of the grouping of two adjoining accommodations, accessible from the inside (G341020 and G341021). 400 m from Lake Barterand, between lakes and mountains, ideal in all seasons.
