This paradise-like estate offers a furnished terrace that is ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet. Meanwhile, the central location between the airport and the capital city, Victoria, is ideal.

Anyone looking for peace and relaxation in paradise should look no further than Effie’s Mountain View coco Villa. Whether you are travelling with your partner or your family, this charming accommodation for self-caterers will give you your full money’s worth. The lovingly-arranged villa have its own garden with tropical plants, as well as a spacious terrace with spectacular views of the mountains and the lush greenery that surrounds the property. Meanwhile, the barbeque area is ideal for serving up delicious evening meals in the open air. Shops and supermarkets can also be found nearby, within walking distance of the property.
The air-conditioned villa with garden views and mountain views have a welcome interior and a spacious outdoor area. Here, you can enjoy your first coffee of the day and listen to the sounds of tropical birds all around as the sun rises over the lofty palm leaves that flutter in the breeze. The tasteful interior area offers bright colours, creating a truly inviting atmosphere. Quality wooden furniture rounds off the cosy ambience nicely. The bedroom with its comfortable bed is ideal for a good night’s sleep, and there is all kinds of storage space as well. Meanwhile, the stylish bathroom with shower impresses thanks to its use of marble in its design. The fully-equipped kitchen and dining area are also idea, with a large fridge that you can fill with all the groceries you might need for your stay.

The villa is 1 minute walk to public bus services. Airport and port are only 5 minutes drive away. Victoria city is only 7 minutes drive or 35 minutes walk.
Botanical garden is only 5 minutes drive or 30 minutes walk.
Eden Island with its many restaurant and bars are 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk.
Please note check in is at 2pm and check out is at 10 am. We are self catering villas and we clean twice a week but can do daily cleaning for euro 25 per day if clients desires.
