The mattress was horrible, it sagged heaps. The shower head needed fixing as the water wasnt coming out right. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and had no smell.. the air-conditioning worked and the towels were clean

The property is old and tired and requires some love to be put into the rooms. Door does not shut well and back of it has a lot of double sided tape where signs clearly used to be that neede removing. Great big tv but behind it is a huge eye sore. Walls very marked especially behind desk. Aircon incredibly noisy but worked well enough. Not enough lighting at all. Lights for bed only area should be highly considered as the bed space looks very uninviting. Sheets are awful and scratchy yet pillow cases were oddly soft - likely linen companies fault. Tried to turn on spa bath tap and it fell straight off into the bath. The tap is also quite far so you need to stand in it to even turn water on. Positive is that the receptionist was kind and helpful. The offering of water and milk upon check-in is good also. Rooms just need refurbishment

Helpful and friendly reception, clean, well kept facilities, I loved the plates, microwave, fridge, kettle, tea and coffee provided. The TV with a variety of viewing options was great. Beds were a little uncomfortable but everything else made the stay comfortable

Fabulous stay. From the first welcome by Natalie in reception to the size and comfort of the room, everything was fantastic. A big surprise was that our room was being checked to ensure all clean and ready for our stay when we arrived, not seen that before. Bed is super comfy with plenty of room to move around. Microwave and the addition of a toaster in the room made it a very convenient stay. Would certainly come back again if in the area and it’s a much nicer place to stay than our previous stays in Maitland itself. I highly recommend this accommodation.
