Room was very damp and smelt like mould. I think it is because of the shower room which had concrete flooring . The pillow also felt like it was unchanged so we asked for a new one but they did not change until we came to the front office the second time

Reached at around 7.30pm and the restaurant was closed when it was supposed to be open until 10pm. Call for room service and was told it wasn’t available. In the end we had to drive out for dinner as there was zero food options nearby. Unlikely to stay here again.

Mattress seem old, too soft and not firm, very uncomfortable to sleep. Bed sheet was very old and has turned yellowish. Shower was good. Provides drinking water with water filter. Asked for laundry bag but was given a small trash bag. Counter staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, not very satisfied with my stay in Ibis Hotel.

Overall, it’s acceptable, except that the air conditioning in the lobby isn’t always turned on. The lounge has no air conditioning at all, and the gym’s air conditioning is switched off when no one is using it. Walking into the gym feels like stepping into an oven—so stuffy that it’s impossible to work out. I really don’t understand why they have to save on electricity like this.

Only hotel on our trip where no-one offered to help us with our backpacks,rooms a little dark and the pool had stones in it and looked a little murky,excellent location in little india overall average would probably look elsewhere if visiting,

A comfortable stay.

The room we were given initially had a broken air conditioner after the first night. Despite several attempts to fix the problem, it was unsuccessful and we ended up having to change room but from a double bed (which I requested in my booking ) to two singles. It wasn’t ideal but with a working air conditioner, it makes up for it.
