Staff were always very helpful and courteous. Our room was good, better if there was a small table to sit and have coffee. Water pressure in shower was excellent. Minor negative was that the in room from fridge was more like a cooler. Breakfast was good, but not necessarily for Western clients eg no yogurt and only white bread. But there were Malaysian options which were very nice.

Nice hotel I've stayed at a few times. Easy 6 or 7 minute walk to jonker st area. Plenty of shopping malls close by if yhats your thing. Decent breakfast and very helpfull staff.

The staff is super friendly, and the breakfast was okay. The room is spacious and clean, but the lobby, corridors, and room have a strong mold smell. I hope the management team can take care of that.

The hotel is walking distance from a number of key places to visit while in Melaka, namely Jonker St and the night market. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. The room was comfortable and only needed a fridge to make it perfect

The Moty Hotel is beautiful, especially inside and quite impressive. The staff deserve recognition for their “top-notch” performance, and always with a big smile! One individual, Tarani Nannadha, was absolutely wonderful and helped us out a lot so thank you! The room is spacious, as well as the bathroom. The lobby is stunning, and the pool is clean and refreshing. The breakfast buffet had a wide assortment of food to choose from and quite busy. If I go to Melaka again, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

Excellent hotel for the price!!!

We cannot recommend this hotel enough, especially if you drive. It is very close to the tourist attractions and the hotel is situated in a quiet corner with ample parking.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was comfy and the breakfast had a good choice - we loved it. Staff was really helpful - my husband forgot his glasses in the room and they promptly send them to our next hotel. Really a great hotel.

I like the separate shower n bathroom with rain shower;hand shower n a tap which make it easy for Muslims to take their ablution. Room is ,clean,fully carpeted n spacious. Only to me the aircon is not cold enough. Breakfast is good with a number of choices. Will come again.

Overall ok for the price! Rooms are big, there's bathtub in the showers. Floor is very slippery when wet, need to be careful. Suggest to provide 2 floor mats. Staff are friendly and smiley. At the parking, we met a staff going home and he approach us to guide us not to drive during weekends going to the night market and directions to walk there. Nice!
