Contemporary Spacious Historic Malaga 3BR Near Picasso's Home
This bright and quiet 3-bedroom apartment is located just outside of the Historic Centre. Situated on a quiet residential semi-pedestrian street, the apartment has all amenities of a home as well as a 5 minutes walking distance to all of the major attractions (Picasso home/museum, Cathedral, Roman Theatre, Moorish Fortress, and more) and services (supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, pharmacies and more much), entirely within walking distance. Many complained of staying directly downtown due to high noise levels at night due to parties and discos. This area is quiet for a perfect night's rest.
This building has elevator access to the apartment. It is ideal for couples, families with older children, or a large group of friends. + 3 large bedrooms: one bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. + 2 bathrooms with showers. + Fully fitted kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer, utensils, glasses, plates, etc). + Dining table with 6 chairs. + 1 large living room with TV with Cable Channels + Heating & Air Conditioning + FREE clean linens, towels (save your luggage space for other important things). PLEASE NOTE: REQUESTS FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 3 WEEKS WILL BE REJECTED.
Check in arrangement was badly organised, trouble with smart lock on door (we were locked in for a short while until Brian arranged for someone to let us out) in general the apartment is badly maintained. I could not recommend this apartment to anyone.
The property is well maintained and has everything youâd need .its in a quiet location but very easy to walk everywhere close to some great bars and restaurants

Warm Welcome, Great Location
Brian, the owner, met us at the apartment. He was very friendly and helpful. His place was great for our family. It was roomy, modern, and very comfortable. We felt very much at home and the girls enjoyed the Netflix. We were within minutes to the old town and city center. There is an outdoor fish market and grocery store around the corner and many great restaurants close by. Brian was nothing but helpful and accommodating! We enjoyed our visit!!
This property is exceptional. It's location is wonderful.... the apartment is very clean and is extremely well stocked. The owner is very accommodating and helpful. We would return here with no reservation.
Modern and convenient apartment with an excellent and helpful owner
This apartment is modern, comfortable and had all of the conveniences that help improve one's travel. The owner was delightful and helpful and receptive to our needs.
The location is such that it is in walking distance to all of the places that one might want to visit. It was clean and well maintained -- the food market is close and in walking distance. The owner provided a very nice folder with how the appliances operated, and recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area.
Although, we did not have a dryer (did have clothes washer with clothesline); the owner told us he was going to be putting a dryer in soon. I think that the dryer will be a good addition to the apartment. One other downside, if the windows are open -- the front bedroom can be pretty noisy late at night and in the early morning because of motorcycles/people going by when the restaurants and bars close -- but if one runs the AC then it isn't a problem -- the other 2 bedrooms did not have any problem.
We really enjoyed our time in Malaga and would stay at the apartment again.
