From dawn to dusk, you will be able to enjoy unique moments with family with spectacular views of the sea and mountains. Access is simple and paved, facilitated by the location we provide, and has a path that passes by an independent service and security house, always ready to help you. The villa has a spacious parking area with direct access through stairs.
The gardens are a true oasis, with corners full of benches to relax, small waterfalls and a natural pool in a renovated pool, surrounded by pine trees and with views of the port of Malaga. Enjoying a swim at sunset in this unheated pool is a magical experience. The outdoors offer multiple rest areas with comfortable furniture, natural porches and palm tree shade, ideal for breakfasts with the relaxing sound of water fountains.
The villa, with a U-shape, is distributed across two floors. On the ground floor, you will find an elegant entrance hall that leads to a bright living-dining room with large safety glass windows that allow a constant visual connection with the uncovered inner courtyard. The library area, ideal for reading, music, or teleworking, stands out for its warm atmosphere thanks to its wooden ceiling and spacious desk.
The kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances, includes an American fridge with an ice and water dispenser, which comes directly from a local spring with exceptional quality. Additionally, this ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower tray and all amenities, perfect for people with reduced mobility, guaranteeing tranquillity and brightness.
Going up to the upper floor, you will find three spacious rooms, independent to preserve privacy. From the upper hall, you can enjoy a view of the inner courtyard through a balcony. The first room stands out for its large private walk-in closet, covered terrace and a bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin for luxury personal care. The second room offers a special decoration for children, with moon and star tiles, Queen size bed, desk and private terrace with views of the garden and MĂĄlaga.
An open corridor with wooden windows connects to two more rooms: a suite with a Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom and a warm decoration in wooden tones; and a two-storey double room perfect for teenagers, with a double bed on the ground floor and two single beds upstairs, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. All rooms have air conditioning, television and hairdryer in the bathrooms.
It is worth noting that the maintenance staff resides in an annexed accommodation, ensuring immediate attention during your stay. For safety and environmental respect reasons, barbecues are prohibited due to the location in a protected mountain area.
