Magnificent apartment in one of the best urbanizations in Malaga, with a pool, gardens, sea views and a large living room. Perfect to enjoy with family or friends.

The Interpares complex has large garden areas, a swimming pool open all year round, sea views, spacious rooms and a free parking area on the premises.

The pool is temporarily open and will be closed during certain times of the year. We recommend checking availability and conditions of use in advance.

The urbanization where it is located, called Cerrado de Calderón, has all kinds of services, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacies, easy access from the highway and only 5 minutes away from the beach by car.

Regardless, it has a public bus stop at the main door of the Interpares complex that will allow you to visit the city center or go to the beach, without having to use your own vehicle.

It is the perfect place to enjoy a getaway in Malaga with family or friends, as well as to allocate your trip to teleworking, where a table and armchair to work in front of the sea, will make you do your work tasks, enjoy the more than 330 sunny days.
